SHIPPING POLICY

We are proud to offer free shipping.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and peak sales seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–10 business days from the order date and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.


How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Delivery times will then vary depending on your location.

Below are the estimated delivery times by region:

• Europe: 7–14 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 7–16 business days
• Central America: 10–25 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days
• Other countries: 11–30 business days

In exceptional cases, an order may take longer than usual. Delivery may take up to 40 business days.
